Welcome to the Sixth edition of STN South Asia Conclave to be held in Jaipur from Thursday, 27 Nov 2025! The Conclave will take place in Marriott Jaipur. We are also delighted to formally welcome the Class of 2025 to STN!

Event Registration fee:

• C7 (Class of 2025): Registration fee: ₹15,000 + GST.

• Nov 27, 5 pm - 8 pm: Class of 2025 commencement event and welcome reception.
• Nov 28, 9 am - 5 pm: Learning & Networking sessions.
• Nov 29, 9 am - 5 pm: Learning & Networking sessions & 7 pm - 11 pm: Gala Dinner

Venue & Accommodation Details:

• Marriott, Jaipur
• Plan to fly on Thursday, 27 Nov, 12noon - 4 pm and fly out on Sunday, 30 November
• Marriott Hotel Room Booking to reserve your accommodation at Marriott at the below negotiated rates.
• Rooms are limited and available on a first-come basis. Room bookings will remain valid until 15th September 2025.

• Seating capacity is limited, and registration will close once we are at capacity.
• Children will not have access to conference venue, banquets or events.
